Tottenham are doing really well in the league at the moment, the draw against arsenal was a disappointment but i think thats a sign of how much we have improved, past seasons i would of been happy with a point. Jol is the man and the team will only get better as this and the next few seasons go on, if we can keep the likes of Defoe, King, Carrick, Robinson, and Jenas theres genuine hope for Spurs. Champions league football next season? what does everyone think?

Well theres confidence for ya philith! I'm a newcastle fan myself, spurs wil have a good season i'm sure, but to get 4th will be tough. Chelsea, Man u, Arsenal, Spurs, Bolton and charlton will all be there or there about at the end of the season i think. Wigan will not be there come the end of the season, they just dont have the squad, simple as!

As far as newcastle r concerned i think we will be up there too when we get all our players fit and with games under their belts. We'll get top 6 i think if we can stop getting our best players injured. We've started training in a different place now because the previous place was a very hard surface and everyone was getting hamstring and calf injuries!.

Fan bases get you nowhere my friend, its players! You've got some good players, but u have not hit a bad patch as such yet or gone through a spell where you get 4 or 5 of your best players injured for a few weeks, it might not happen, but if it does then we would really see what you are made of. How do you think you would do if you lost, Defoe, King, Davids, Mido and Carrick over the xmas period with all those games piling up?

I like spurs but theres still a long way to go and you never know what could happen!

Gem xx

Okay... fanbases get you nowhere? try 3rd in the league... As for injuries... DEFOE/KEANE..... KING/HUDDLESTONE/GARDNER/NAYBET, DAVIDS/TAINIO, MIDO/RASIAK CARRICK/PEDRO MENDES. We will always have our critics... but Tottenham fans are used to it. And besides we dont need anyone but us. COME ON YOU YIDS!

You spurs fans are worse than liverpool fans. Hear nothing from you for years, you win a few games at the start of the season and then think you are gonna get champ league. Lets face it if man u and arsenal hadn't had the injuries they have u boys would be miles behind. You have a good young team but you never win anything with youngsters!!

Hold that thought..... Man Yoo and Arsenal have had there day... Henry will be off and then where will they be? As for Man Yoo they need to get rid of Ferguson, or they will go backwards.

HAHAHAHAHAAH just been reading those comments, funny as hell.

Spurs now have a team most envy in the league. Even Mr Wenger admitted he would love to have king defoe and carrick.

Gemma i am impressed with you though you do seem to have a lot of football knowledge, but how likely is it that spurs would have all those injuries all at once, there all young very fit players.

Spurs this season will have the best season they have ever had in the premiership as for where we will finish 6th 5th or 4th are all possibilities. One thing is for sure we will finish above newcastle i will put my house on it, if i owned one haha. SOUNESS OUT. MISERABLE GET. Up the Spurs Danny Boy.

OH my prediction for tonight. Bolton 0 spurs 2

I hope i dont look like a fool after the match, but in my opinion we have to much for them. Davids returning will give us a big boost and help us boss the midfield, Defoe is due a goal, so 2-0 win for spurs and defoe to score 1st.

Ron did you see the Soccer Am interview with Jol's previous club and players it was really good? It was on acouple of weeks ago.

I personally just want to see some decent football this season instead of everyone just defending worrying Chelsea will get another 3 points on them!
