OK some people having probs finding where to update there profile so here it is...
On the menu bar at the top of the page where it also has "members" "calendar" to the left of calendar is "profile"...
Click on that and you will be taken to your profile screen...
Once there click on the "Modify Profile" Button... If you still cant see it click on this link... www.farcs.co.uk/Images/Profile-help.jpg
Should sort you out.
